YEAR 2

Miss Vacietis
I became a teacher to help children achieve their dreams and to inspire them to become the best version of themselves—just as I saw my father do throughout his own teaching career. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching children light up with curiosity and excitement as they discover new things. Every day, I feel privileged to be part of their journey, nurturing their growth and celebrating their progress.

Mrs Burkitt
I started volunteering at Winyates while my children were here in the late 1990's. I joined the Winyates' staff as a teaching assistant in 2003 and have never looked back. I love seeing the children grow in knowledge and confidence. Seeing the smiles on their faces when they achieve what they thought they couldn't do.

Mrs Pinhorn
I started at Winyates in 2014 as a lunchtime supervisor and when the opportunity to join as a teaching assistant came up I excitedly applied. I love working with children, helping with their learning and joining in with the fun.
