Year 2 Fire Engine building

In Year 2, we’ve been bringing history to life by applying our learning of the Great Fire of London to design and build fire engines in Design & Technology!

We explored how wheels, axles, and chassis work together before designing our own fire engines, carefully selecting materials and tools. Using our notes and diagrams, we put our skills and different techniques to the test to bring our creations to life!
