As part of British Science Week, we set a whole school read-athon of science books to raise money for the local hospital to show our appreciation for all the hard work they have done during the Covid crisis in the last year.
It was amazing to see how much the children read and the funds they raised. Two stand out individuals raised staggering amounts of £240 and £48.60. Due to the success we have extended the read-athon to cover the Easter period.
