We have had an excellent start back to PE this year with the children ready and raring to go. It has been great to see the children wearing their PE kits, however it is crucial that all children have a water bottle especially in this hot weather.
This half term the children in year 3-6 will be learning how to play netball, as well as participating in fitness lessons. During the first two weeks they have already learnt how to perform a range of passes with accuracy, as well as what interval training is.
In addition to this, the younger children have been developing their ability to throw underarm with accuracy. The children will be extending this by learning some key skills over this half term, which will then help the children to be well prepared for the year to come.
We really can't wait to see how the children progress over the year!
